COVID 19 PANDEMIC

If you have questions regarding COVID 19, need supplies or assistance please call 937-822-1249 to speak with SSA Manager, Tracy Hammonds.  This number has been set aside during the Coronavirus Pandemic to assist Individuals, Providers and Families who may need assistance. 

NOTE:  After the pandemic has subsided, please refrain from using this number as this is for the Transition Coordinator and should only be use to contact the Transition Coordinator for transition to work program.

All Unusual Incidents and MUI calls need to still use the Emergency Cell Phone (937) 725-0686 to report all incidents to the Brown County Board of DD on call staff. 

COVID-19

Effective June 1, 2020

The Brown County Board of Developmental Disabilities cares deeply about the health an safety of individuals we serve.  Our staff continues to do their part as a public entity to reduce the exposure to COVID-19 during this state of emergency. 

As we comply with Governor DeWine, the Ohio Department of Health, and DODD directives regarding COVID-19, the County Board is implementing the reopening of the Administrative Building on June 1, 2020. 

The Board will continue social distancing, provide masks, gloves and hand sanitizer to individuals, family members, guardians, and providers who wish to come in for their ISP meeting or other meetings and trainings scheduled in the future.

Please be assured that all SSA's, Early Intervention Developmental Specialists, and Therapists continue to be available.  Communicating by phone, or video conferencing will continue if this is the method perfered by individuals, family members, guardians, representatives and team members.

We continue to monitor this situation closely.  Please do not hesitate to contact us with questions or specific needs.
