BROWN COUNTY BOARD OF DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES
RECEIVES THREE YEAR ACCREDITATION CERTIFICATE
The Brown County Board of Developmental Disabilities has received notice from the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities division of Legal and Oversight that they received a three year accreditation certificate. On May 3 and 4, 2021 administrative staff went through a rigorous review from The Office of Provider Standards and Review within the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities division of Legal and Oversight. Accreditation reviews are conducted by DODD to ensure that County Boards meet accreditation standards, as outlined in administrative rule 5123:2-1-02. Based on the results of an accreditation review, a County Board is awarded an accreditation of one or three years.
